The online platform vorleser.net was established in 2003 and currently provides a library of around 700 audiobooks and audio dramas for free download. Over 80 professional speakers narrate a variety of literary genres, including classic works and contemporary German literature such as fairy tales, stories, thrillers, and poetry.

About the subscription

Once you confirm your subscription, the corresponding amount will be charged to your iTunes account. The subscription will auto-renew after one year, but you can manage this setting up to 24 hours before the renewal date:

• Go to "Settings" and select "iTunes & App Store"
• Click on your "Apple ID" then choose "show Apple ID"
• You can disable automatic renewal under "manage subscriptions"
